	A Message from the Athletic Trainer Regarding Hydration:   Athletes need to stay hydrated for optimal performance both in the classroom and on the field.  It is recommended that athletes consume 16 ounces (about 1 water bottle) 15-30 minutes before going to practice.  During practice, athletes also need to be consuming fluids; water and water bottles are provided for every team.  Throughout the day, athletes also need to be drinking fluids—try to avoid sugary drinks and those with caffeine.  When dealing with the heat, it is very important to begin practice in a hydrated state because dehydration can occur very quickly and with little warning.   Homecoming Guest Pass Form Homecoming 2010 Timeline Link to D303 Literacy Curriculum
	Registration for the 2010-2011 School Year   A step-by-step guide is available to walk you through the registration process.  Visit the following links to access important information and/or forms: (Note: Athletic forms can be found here also.) Freshman Sophomore Junior Senior
	Visiting North High School?   On Monday, March 1, St. Charles East and St. Charles North High Schools instituted a new entry procedure for visitors.  This new procedure takes advantage of available technology to check a visitor’s identity in a database and is part of continuing efforts to provide a safe learning environment for our students.   As of March 1, every adult visitor entering a District 303 high school now needs to present a photo ID.  That ID will be scanned and a visitor’s pass will be created using the name from the ID.  The visitor’s pass is then to be worn while the visitor is in the building.
