The Young Hearts for Life (YH4L) event is coming to St. Charles North on Thursday, November 15th! YH4L is an organization that provides FREE heart screenings to current St. Charles North High School students. To date, the program has screened over 220,000 students for indicators of cardiac abnormalities using an electrocardiogram (ECG). The ECG is a non-invasive, painless test that uses adhesive electrodes to monitor heart rhythms.
How to register your student: Visit www.YH4L.org and click on the “Registration and Results” drop down menu, then select “Chicago Region”. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “I am giving my permission for my child”.
We need volunteers! In order to make this a successful event, we need your help! There are 3 volunteer shifts: 6:35am-11am, 10:15am-2:21pm, and 6:35am-2:21pm. In addition, volunteers are required to attend a training session on Wednesday, November 14th. To sign-up to volunteer, please visit http://signup.com/go/LHrHejz.
